Eddie Vedder paid tribute to Tom Petty over the weekend, on the five-year anniversary of his death.
Vedder brought out longtime Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell during his headlining set at the Ohana Festival, covering the Petty classics “Room At The Top” and “The Waiting”.
Vedder said of Petty: “I think about him all the time, as we all do. I keep reminding myself how grateful we can be because we still have his voice in our heads, and the songs are in us.”
